Data we expect to process
To fulfil an order, the service will process customer photographs, email, phone number and delivery address. No production data is collected by this foundation page.
Purpose and retention
The proposed basis is performance of a contract. Draft files are proposed for deletion after 3 days, paid-order files 60 days after the agreed trigger, and order records after 1 year; the precise 60-day trigger remains a product decision.
Processors and requests
Cloudflare, Stripe and Resend are intended processors. A real privacy contact and deletion-request procedure must be supplied before launch.
